Does Excessive Sweating Rule Your Life?

July 3rd, 2009 | Posted in Health Tips

Everybody sweats, you just do – it’s natural. But if you’re one of the millions of people in the world who suffer from excessive sweating, it can be something that takes over your life.

Places you go, what you do, what you eat and how you dress – if you are constantly worrying about if or how much you might sweat it can completely take the fun out of a night out, and make your work day a total nightmare.

Sound familiar? You’ve probably tried all sorts of different methods to stop or at least cover-up your sweating, with limited success. What you really need is a safe and simple cure for the problem that actually works.

Why some people suffer from excessive sweating

Looking at why you sweat in more detail might not be as interesting as solving the problem of excessive sweating but it’s useful knowledge for when you are considering possible cures.

The scientific name for excessive sweating is Hyperhidrosis. It’s totally natural to sweat and we all do it, it’s how the body stops you over-heating – as the sweat evaporates it cools the skin. If you’ve been exercising or it’s a hot day you sweat to try and cool yourself down. You might also sweat when you’re under pressure, nervous or anxious, as sweating is linked to the nervous system.

If you have Hyperhidrosis you are prone to excessive perspiration and whilst it is common amongst adolescents it can affect people of any age.

The cause of Hyperhidrosis has been linked to an overactive nervous system. You might find that you sweat even though you don’t feel hot but more because you are nervous. You might be nervous because you sweat, and then sweat more because you are nervous!

By explaining the causes behind excessive sweating, it might help you understand what you can do to stop it.

Do you just live with it? There are a number of things you can help reduce excessive sweating and it’s associated problems, or at least make it easier to live with:

-Wear loose-fitting natural fabrics that won’t stain, white or black are best

-Always shower in the morning and after any exercise

-Watch what you eat and avoid caffeine, hot and spicy foods

-Instead of just using anti-perspirant once in the morning, apply it throughout the day

-Try using a high strength anti-perspirant with a higher Aluminium Chloride percentage

There are a whole host of other things but we’re getting into the realms of drugs, surgery and wearing things like “arm-pit shields” so whilst the ideas above might make excessive sweating easier to live with, wouldn’t it be easier overall if there was a safe and simple cure?

Cure it! Don’t live with it.

Stop sweating & start living. You’ve probably been living with excessive sweating for years, so I’m guessing you’re probably fed up with that idea and would much rather cure it? Thought so, you sound just like Mike Ramsey. Before you think that he’s just someone else trying to sell you a solution that isn’t going to work, let me tell you he really understands the problem of excessive sweating, because he suffered with it from High School and throughout his adult life!

He used to wear t-shirts under his shirts to hide the sweat, take two or three showers a day and tried all sorts of anti-perspirants, off the shelf and prescription ones, but nothing seemed to work for him. His excessive sweating literally ruled his life – sound familiar?

Then one day he discovered something that changed his life and meant that he could finally cure his excessive sweating quickly and permanently. What’s more the solution was totally natural, and only took a few minutes each day. Within two weeks he was able to reduce his excessive sweating by over 95%.

This safe and simple cure became his Stop Sweating & Start Living program which has gone on to help over 14,000 people achieve the same relief from excessive sweating. Take a look for yourself and see if Mike’s program can change your life as well.
